Shipping

Orders are processed Monday through Friday until 12:00PM EST.  All orders received after 12:00PM EST on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.  Saturday delivery is not available.

USA Shipments

All domestic US orders are shipped via USPS and UPS ground unless otherwise specified. DELIVERIES CANNOT BE MADE TO P.O. BOX NUMBERS.
To ensure prompt package delivery, other shipping options are available for an additional charge. Please inquire at: store@fdnyfirezone.org.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the dollar amount of your purchase.  Please note that shipping charges may vary based on the weight & size of the package.


International Shipments

International Shipping (shipping outside the Continental US) is shipped via USPS Airmail Parcel Post. Please allow additional delivery time for all international shipments.

ALL DUTIES AND TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. DUTIES AND TAXES WILL BE C.O.D. UPON DELIVERY.
